Key Responsibilities:
●Assist Managers in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate tie-up targets and drive revenue growth.
●Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
●Assist in prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients, including corporate decision-makers, HR managers, and benefits administrators.
●Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
●Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experience.
●Assist in tracking sales performance metrics, updating CRM software, and generating regular reports for management review.
●Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
