### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales & Promotion**

- Identify potential customers and promote credit card offerings.

- Conduct field visits, cold calling, and in-person or online sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

2. **Customer Interaction**

- Explain credit card benefits, features, interest rates, and reward programs.

- Address customer queries and concerns regarding eligibility and documentation.

- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs.

3. **Lead Generation & Networking**

- Develop new business opportunities through referrals and marketing activities.

- Partner with retail stores, corporate offices, and events for sales campaigns.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers for potential upselling.

4. **Documentation & Compliance**

- Assist customers with application forms and required documentation.

- Ensure all applications meet company and regulatory compliance standards.
