Position: Marketing and Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our research and development services. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, engage with potential clients, and close deals to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote R&D services.

Identify potential clients and generate leads.

Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure client needs are understood.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

Any degree.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic understanding of the research and development industry is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
