Stock Management:

Monitor daily stock levels and ensure adequate product availability.

Prevent stockouts by coordinating timely restocking and managing inventory needs.

Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock records.

Target Achievement:

Set and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and improve target performance.

Provide insights and solutions to overcome challenges in achieving sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of all product features, benefits, and uses.

Educate the team on product details to enhance customer interactions and improve sales.

Conduct product knowledge training sessions for team members as needed.

Daily Meeting:

Attend a mandatory daily meeting at 5 PM to discuss stock levels, sales performance, and any urgent issues.

Actively participate in team discussions to share insights on improving stock management and sales.
