Job Summary
Smart & Confident Candidates from Specialty Chemical background/ Experience in Industrial Chemicals and Marketing /candidates having exposure in fertilizer.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conducting trials of the products and then evaluating the performance of the trial.
Responsible for sales for Specialty and water-soluble fertilizer products.
Maintain and increase sales.
Create a strategic partnership with the key accounts.
Establish Management Dialogues and drive sales growth.
Identify top-line sales and bottom-line margin growth strategies and strategies to overcome competitive threats etc.
Lead, coordinate and motivate the development and commercial teams to achieve business growth.

Required Experience and Qualifications
