We are looking for an experienced Marketing Administrator to assist our company by creating strategies to promote our services to the public.

The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Administrator ( knowledge of websites and digital marketing is required)

Responsibilities

- [ ] promote company service to the right audience

- [ ] Attract new clients/ companies to use our services

- [ ] You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services, and closing project

- [ ] Submit reports and prepare proposals , invoice, quotation and presentations as needed

- [ ] Monthly target achieve

- [ ] Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

- [ ] Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills

- [ ] Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.

- [ ] Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
