Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Business Development:
Develop, execute, and monitor sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
Drive new business development efforts in target markets including automotive, industrial, and other manufacturing sectors.
Identify and cultivate new customer relationships, while expanding sales opportunities with existing clients.
Collaborate with technical and production teams to provide tailored solutions to customers.
Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in Aluminium Gravity Die Casting.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop marketing campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotional materials, advertisements, and trade events.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Use customer feedback to influence product development and improve service delivery.
Manage customer negotiations, addressing queries, complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Track customer satisfaction through regular feedback loops and adjust approaches accordingly.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to adjust sales and marketing efforts as needed.
Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to support product development and pricing strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions and potential growth opportunities for senior management.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management regarding sales performance, market developments, and risks.
