Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones for broadband services.

- Identify target markets and tailor strategies to address specific customer needs, such as individuals, businesses, or specific geographic areas.

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending relevant industry events.

- Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with broadband services.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote the companys broadband services.

- Oversee and contribute to the companys digital marketing strategy, focusing on increasing online visibility for broadband services.

- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends in the broadband industry, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.

- Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits, features, and value of the broadband services.

- Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign outcomes, analyzing metrics such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI).

- Implement strategies to retain existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with broadband service performance.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals for broadband services.

- Identify target markets and customer segments (residential, business, enterprise) and create tailored sales plans for each.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.

- Provide training, coaching, and continuous support to ensure the sales team has the skills and knowledge to succeed.

- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team, aligning with company goals.

- Monitor progress towards sales targets, provide guidance to sales reps, and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
