Coordinate and assist International Existing clients for sending Product samples, solving queries regarding shipping schedule and quality issues.
Perform and assist in regular any back office related tasks, maintaining records and handling documentation and filing system
Preparing Proforma Invoices on confirmation of customer orders
Preparing digital acceptance copy of customer PO and its related & required documents preparation
Communication with customer regarding follow up for order status and payments
Communication over Emails, Calls, other media with customer as and when required
Inspecting approvals of artworks and preparing files in-house before sending it to customer to take approval
Coordinate with Graphics/Designing team in order for smooth flow and ease working of design and cylinder related activities
Checking and preparing the quality certificates, COA, COC and its supporting documents, which are required pre shipment and post shipments.
Generate leads and help Marketing Team for new business development.
Coordinate and assist co-workers/exports coordinator regarding ongoing orders and dispatch planning.
Centralized Coordination with Entire sales team and GM for all Sales and Marketing related activities.
Courier and Product sample work like Courier Tracking website, Maintaining inward/outward entries, Updating the tracking details, Sample verification, Samples arrangement in samples room, Arranging direct DHL pickups with customer account, Providing supporting pictures and videos to customer for their reference
Working on Planning sheets for: Updating monthly sales order sheet, Updating monthly dispatch sheet on routine basis, Updating Monthly planning sheet, Updating payment follow up sheet
Coordination with Production unit for: Update and follow up for current orders, Assisting in terms of new product order and special requirement, Design, Design tracker sheet updating, Design master creation (1 DM), follow up with designing team, Design master date
