Job Title: Sales Executive - Healthcare Information Systems (HIS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term relationships with healthcare providers, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote HIS products and solutions to healthcare providers.

Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to address their HIS needs.

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in healthcare IT.

Provide market insights to improve product positioning and sales strategies.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 6-10 years of proven sales experience, specifically in selling Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) or related healthcare IT solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in busi, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills:

Strong understanding of HIS functionalities and the healthcare industry's requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle a target-driven environment.
