Upgrade/upsell as per available options in the best interest of HairMate.
Indulge in Cross selling.
Follow good time management.
Come up with solutions rather than brooding over problems.
Be vigilant. Clients can call anytime.
Monthly conversion should be 40%.
If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
You should be fluent in verbal communications. English & Hindi are a must. Fluency in any regional language, especially Telugu & Bengali, will be an added advantage.
You should be dedicated, spontaneous & self-driven.
Should execute responsibilities in an impeccable manner.
Should lead by example.
Should be good in team work.
Should never compromise on work standard.
Should have a strong sense of ownership & integrity.
