Sales & CRM Representative Job Description:
Identifying new customers / promising prospects via networking, cold calling, customer referrals and other lead generation.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Gathering and analysing all the sales-related data.
Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Prepares presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance & oversee customer retention, reactivation, etc.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in any field can apply (Degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field will be a plus point.)
Good communication skills along with customer-oriented attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
A team player with positive attitude & focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Polite, good listener, confident, target driven, presenting and pitching skills, adaptable, goal-orientated and self-motivated.
