Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Executive for our team located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales process for our products and services. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate pricing and contracts, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (. sales executive, business development manager, etc.)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Experience in real estate industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
Fluent in English and Tamil; additional language skills are a plus
