Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to promote and sell our construction chemicals. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth in the field of construction chemicals.
Location: Vapi, Dahej, Bharuch
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction chemicals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and in the dealer network and support the existing dealer and sub-distributor networks.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals; meet collection of payments.
Generate sales reports and analyze data from team members.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote construction chemicals.
Manage social media, digital marketing, and content creation to increase brand awareness.
Organize and participate in trade shows, expos, and sustainability events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree / MBA in marketing, business, environmental science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental solutions.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies is a must.
