Job description - Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets by visiting school.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within the Education industry.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of book publication, their features, and benefits.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in Education Field.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the education industry.
Gather and report feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and pipeline updates.
Generate regular sales reports to track performance and progress towards sales goals.
