We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesman/Marketer to join our team and help drive the growth of our business. As a Salesman/Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. You will also develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and conduct market research to target new leads.

Promote and sell products/services to clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, emails, and social media.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, or networking opportunities to generate leads.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesman, Marketer, or similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.

Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to travel if needed.
