Person with experience in institutional sales, of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. to develop business in domestic market. The role will involve interaction with leading retailers, exporters, wholesalers, hotels, caterers, processors etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new key accounts in retail, wholesalers, catering, and hospitality sector etc. in domestic market.
- Develop long-term partnerships with targeted accounts that result in increased sales and margins
- Execute channel sales strategy to assure strategic alignment with the business overarching strategic plan
- Achieve retail sales volume, revenue and profitability goals for the assigned territories
- Daily coordination: Inform, update and provide feedback to distributors and senior management
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 3-10 years selling experience within the Fruit and Vegetables sector, preferable with Agriculture background
- Business-to-business sales experience; strong general business capabilities, P&L management
- Existing extensive network of customers
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
