Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage leads, assist walk-in clients, and promote real estate properties to potential buyers. This role is an on-site job that requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of market trends, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Manage and follow up with leads provided by the team, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Client Assistance: Assist walk-in clients, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the best investment opportunities.

Property Promotion: Actively promote new real estate projects and properties to potential clients through various marketing channels.

Client Education: Educate clients on the latest real estate projects, developments, market trends, and property values.

Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate with potential buyers and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Market Research: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback for future reference.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. An MBA in any field is an added advantage.

Experience: Previous sales experience is required. Experience in real estate is a significant advantage.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in either Hindi, English or both.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

Basic knowledge of computer applications.

Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
