Designation: SALES EXECUTIVE Channel Sales for TMT
Role holder will report to the Director and will work closely with senior leadership team to plan and implement strategic initiatives in the area of responsibility.
Job Location: KARUR , SALEM , ERODE , NAMAKKAL , THURAIYUR
Qualification: any graduate .
Role and Responsibilities:
? Establish new market & strong network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region with a long term vision.
? Develop sales plan and budget to achieve and exceed the annual sales objectives for the organization.
? Manage PR and primary sales of distributors of the assigned region.
? Develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
? Identify emerging market trends and shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape.
? Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
? Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and ACHIEVE targets
? Monitor sales , perform periodical forecasting and reporting.
? Manage, train, and motivate existing sales to drive revenue growth for company .
? Collect customer and market feedback and incorporate the same into the planning process.
? Formulate suitable strategies to drive customer loyalty, dealer & distributor loyalty.
? Coordinate with various functional staffs at the plants for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.
? Handle quality issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
