Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:

 Proven experience as a Marketing & Sales Executive/Field sales or relevant role in

B2B marketing & sales, FMCG products, Tea Industries.

 High-level communication and networking skills.

 Thorough understanding of modern marketing and negotiating

technique

 Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.

 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Educational qualifications:

Any Degree with MBA in marketing is preferred

Experience:

 Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in Marketing & Sales (field work).

 Specifically looking for the candidates into Corporate and

Institutional Sales having the expertise in B2B Marketing & Sales

and FMCG Products.
