1. Receiving verbal / written enquiries and keeping a record of same.
2. Handling Direct Verbal / Written Enquiry.
3. Carryout “Risk Analysis”, sharing inputs with Management for approval to quote.
4. Send regret if not suitable based on the scope or quantum of project.
5. Visiting local client / site for understanding scope and requirements as required.
6. Carryout enquiry Review with concerned departments HOD / Management for submission of techno-commercial offer.
7. To prepare techno commercial proposals for Consultancy works based on the guidance of HOD / Management.
8. Tender identification from tender info. daily mails and newspapers, understanding & sharing the relevant tender.
9. To have Inter departmental Co-ordinate and within department for proper & timely submissions.
10. Follow up with client for closure of the proposal, negotiations, and acceptance of the work orders.
11. On acceptance of WO, to ensure handing of Project file to Concerned Dept.
12. In-case of job loss, inform the concerned department / management, prepare job loss analysis.
13. To look for new business opportunities in various media.
14. Sending introduction to new prospective clients and carryout meeting / presentations, Preparing marketing documents for ad/brochures / literatures, if required.
15. To monitor, upgrade promotional tools . company profile a website periodically.
16. To update / monitor the marketing register for daily updates
17. Assist assistants for preparation of MIS for management.
