Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales/Business Development

Location: Nagercoil

Reports To: Business Development Manager/Team Lead

Job Summary:

A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role involves market research, lead generation, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Generate Leads: Reach out to prospects through emails, calls, and meetings to generate interest.

Present Solutions: Explain the company��s products or services to clients and propose tailored solutions.

Negotiate Deals: Handle negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions.

Track Progress: Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and progress using CRM tools.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor��s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently negotiate and close deals.

Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
