To tele-call from database perspective Brokers, Potential clients for site visit and sales.
To track and follow-up prospective Customers, to assist in documentation process, maintain accurate and extensive records of sales prospects.
Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
To perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value and be apprised of all the competitors offers and schemes in the market on periodic basis.
Ensure MIS and other reports are maintained and shared with the Site Head.
Desired Candidate Should Have
Age up to 50 years
Must have 2+ yrs experience in Real Estate residential selling
Willingness to travel outside Mumbai
Knowledge of Gujarati, Kutchhi language will be an added advantage.
