Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Khwahish, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and solidifying Khwahish's position as the leading artist booking platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Prospect for new clients (event organizers, corporate clients, etc.) and develop strong relationships with decision-makers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring efficient follow-up and timely communication.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
