Experience & Skills required

 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales of flexible packaging laminates

 Good knowledge base of materials, process and properties of laminated structures

 Ability to work with MSME and small business enterprises as clients

 Excellent communication skills

 Ability to work with data metrics and analytics

 Desire to work in challenging and high growth environment

About the role –

 Acquire new customers

 Build and manage client base

 Handle end to end servicing requirements of the customer

 Coordinate with our team and the client for cylinders, design proofs, production

schedule, delivery schedule, logistics etc.

 Take ownership/responsibility for business and P/L under your purview

 Identify new and emerging market practices and trends and contribute to strategic

direction of the organization
