Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai - Western Line. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of explaining our company's business model to potential agents, and enrolling them into our program.

As a Sales Manger, you will be responsible for effectively communicating the details of our business model to potential agents, including the process, service, and unique value proposition. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and be able to instill confidence and trust in potential agents.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

Fluency in English and Hindi is required
