To keep complete liaison with the existing clients & generate new clients
Continuous customer contact/visit to know existing /new requirements.
Visit reports / accounts vouchers & completing correspondence / dictations on daily basis.
To prepare and submit Technical & Commercial proposals to the clients & further discussions to
Obtain order.
Discussions with senior officers for pending matters and follow-up action.
Submitting timely / weekly / monthly / annual performance reports.
. The collection of outstanding payments.
To review the progress of pending enquiries on regular basis.
To review Pending Orders and follow-up with the respective WORKS for timely supply of goods.
. To meet respective order delivery schedule to the satisfaction of the client.
To ensure that the target fixed is achieved.
Any other works allotted by the management.
