Create a distributor and retailer region/state specific partnership strategy and framework, prior to the outreach.
Drive distributor network in line with company targets, by onboarding / recruiting promising distributors for A2 ghee. The candidate should be able to extend the network to incorporate the growing dairy product pipeline inclusive of paneer, butter and other related products.
Build retailer partnerships in select markets to drive large sales. Create sales policies, manage city logistics for timely delivery to distributors and ensuring timely collection of funds from closely with the plant head and the management team mainly to drive organisational sales targets, in line with the organisation's business e consumer insights with the marketing manager to integrate into marketing strategy and tain customer database and track consumer retention and purchases. Assist in building a consumer database MIS in the tor and present region/ state-wise sales performance regularly.
Candidates should have 3+ years of exposure in general trade in the Food & Dairy industry and should have worked in liquid milk sales with thorough understanding of the milk business and latest fits: Food, Healthcare support, Community support and salary as per industry standard.
