Sales:-
Manage clear internal communications throughout the daily catch up and weekly 1 on 1 Meetings with
ACMs(Associate Center Managers)
Ensure that 40% of your day is spent supporting and encouraging Sales; ensure ACMs is providing the
support needed to be productive and effective.
Support and drive all marketing strategies and outreach initiatives throughout the gym, all outreaches to be
planned weekly
Identifying selling weaknesses and strengths and ensuring to set up necessary training or coaching to
improve teams performance.
Ensure that all targets, forecasts and goals set across all key related areas are met with a hands-on
approach at gym level.
Own and Execute Pre-sales campaign for the new launch
Come up with marketing strategies and execute those plans on-ground, during the Pre-sales to achieve
100% target v/s completion metric.
Do collaboration and strategic tie-up with hyper local/local brands in the micro-market to spread awareness
about the center/brand
Perform daily catch-ups/calls with ACMs and other stakeholders to assess and formulate strategy for the
same/next day.
Fitness:-
Manage clear internal communications throughout the daily catch up and weekly 1 on 1 Meetings with
Fitness Manager.
Identify needs and manage training for the department's staff based on feedback from Fitness Manager,
ensure the training and development of staff take place with the objective that they optimally function in their
portfolios.
Ensure all company initiatives such as Group Training and future company initiatives, systems and
procedures are well managed, take ownership of all Company initiatives.
Customer service, maintenance and overall cover of your Floor .
GROUP EXERCISE:-
Attend Classes to ensure quality and consistency is being maintained
Lead by example, be visible at your Gym for events.
Drive and identify new ways to improve Group Exercise utilization in your gym NEW MEMBER INDUCTION,
