1) Responding to inquiries via WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls
2) Determine the proper item number using catalogues
3) Check the software for stock availability.
4) Check the availability of stock at different branches.
5) Check the price of the spare part.
6) Add the firm’s profit margin to the cost and send it to consumers within the TAT.
7) Order required products from suppliers for consumers
8) Provide product information to customers.
9) Complaints should be escalated to management.
10) Comply with the company's sales aim.
11) Preparing sales returns in accordance with the company's return policy
12) Daily, weekly, & Monthly reports have to submit on time.
13) Clearly communicates job expectations to data entry team, while monitoring, appraising and reviewing their work. Enforces company policies and procedures as necessary.
14) Reporting to Marketing Manager on time
15) Handling the customer on specified time.
