Job Description

*To source clients through broker network, business development and promotional activities and achieve monthly sales targets

*To reach out, generate and maintain new channel relationships & client relationships.

*To generate and maintain client / broker database and do cold calls to meet the clients brokers on daily basis as per targets assigned.

*To organize promotional activities for commercial projects on a weekly basis at industrial estates malls, societies, etc. To seek requisite permission and execute the activity as per management guidelines.

*To tap new customers from various sectors and handle corporate clients

* To inform the customers about the projects, and technical specifications

* To undertake site visits / presentation at Customers offices

* Good Communication skills in English

* Good team player

* Good Convincing skill
