Sales Manager/Sales Engineer (Spray Nozzles)
• Present solutions to clients and secure sales contracts.
• Forecast target by searching the market needs and to develop the business and promote our products.
• Responsible of Market Research, Visiting recent and new customers.
• Knowledge of and past experience in sales of Spray Nozzle and Instrumentation industry is desired.
• Ability to quickly assimilate technical and market knowledge across product line and communicate to a broad set of customers in several vertical segments.
• Self-starter, well organized with a passion to win is a must.
• Able to build great relationship with customers.
• Experience of influencing and managing customer relationships in a technical community environment.
• Analytical and strategic-thinking abilities, customer orientation, networking abilities, understanding of global consumer and commercial markets, and strong teamwork skills.
• Marketing & Sales of Spray Nozzle and familiarity with emerging market.
• Product understanding and Techno commercial selling.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.
• The candidate will lead company in marketing and sales pan India. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales. Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
• Should be very strong and dynamic in marketing and acquiring new accounts.
• Should be in position to work independently and develop customer-focused solutions.
• Adapts and executes quickly to changing business conditions.
• Only candidates with experience in core marketing of Spray Nozzle, business development and customer acquisition may apply.
Experience – 5 yrs to 10 yrs
Salary range – 4 LPA to 6 LPA
