Job Details :- DESCRIPTION FOR “SALES MANAGER” Core functions: - Make important planning & strategic decisions & implement the sales plan. - Conduct daily/ weekly meetings with Sales Team and ensure that the branch conversion is maintained above 60%. - Achieve sales targets, profitability, business goals & objectives. - Drive marketing strategies to enhance the brand visibility and improve the enrolment at every centre. - Ensuring the admission process is driven via MCB (My Class board) and all documents are entered appropriately. Implementation: - Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions. - Provide recommendations to incorporate software (MCB) systems to improve department efficiency. - Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, updates, etc. - Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the sales road map planned for the academic year. - Responsible for achieving and surpassing sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. - Regular meetings with branch managers & other departments (If reqd.) for their requirements & issues. - Monitor the calls made by the sales team via call monitoring system implemented to improve the conversion ratio- - Maintain record of the conversion ratio of all counsellors & BM’s. - Recruit & train sales staff. (Includes coordination with the HR dept.) Reports to the Operation Head - MIS:- - Daily Activity Report on MCB. - Sales Report - Conversion report. - Target and roadmap plan for the sales team.
