Roles and Responsibilities
The main role is to generate leads, develop new business clientle and turn them into our potential customers by convincing them to buy our available properties.
Handling customer visits at the project site and bring it to closure.
Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients.
Excellent in selling properties.
Support in marketing and promotional activities.
Timely maintaining property management and agreements of clients.
Take care of Registration of Sold Units.
Handle customer's payment issues.
Handle marketing related issues.
Professional services background.
Solid Business Development and Marketing experience.
Real Estate knowledge preferred.
Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of team.
