E. Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the feature and benefits

F. Answer any question clients might have regarding the property, neighbourhood, etc.

G. Assess competitive market price through property comparisons

H. Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market

I. Research and explore local neighbourhood to ascertain various surroundings

J. Prepare and process required documentation including contracts, deeds, lease, etc.

K. Keep updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects

L. Analyse, check, maintain and updates property/clients lists
