Lead the team on customer engagement and retention
Build and mentor a team of high-quality sales professionals· Guide and direct the team on enhancing sales output·
Deliver monthly sales targets in coordination with the team· Ensure the highest standards of customer service·
Design and implement center operational and marketing plan aligned with the regional priorities
Ensure effective operations and unite team under a common goal to make the organisation profitable Build a business partner network
Own managers -level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources, and other matters
Manage development plan of whole team, ensure high employee engagement and support achieving their goals.
Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure at the center
Plan the Human Resources in the center in order to achieve optimum utilization and productivity
Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for overall financial performance and quality standards of the regional.
Responsible to meet the operational financial targets of the region.
Ability to manage team.
Responsible for the recruitment training of the center team
Qualification : Graduate / MBA / BE / Btech
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timing : 10 am to pm
