Sales Manager / Officer / Executive (Regional / Area)
Responsibilities:
• Become a subject matter expert on agriculture commodity markets.
• Use strategic sourcing to develop and drive strategies and processes.
• Develop and lead strategies including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
• Keep track of projections based on changing market environment and product prices.
• Prepare monthly commodity projections.
• Track total cost of ownership and variations to budget.
• Knowledge of procurement and commodity as they relate to the agricultural industry.
• Lead ongoing joint business activities.
• Direct performance on KPIs, productivity initiatives and innovation.
• Manage and coordinate all phases of the commodity.
• Be willing to approach agriculture holistically but with a business mindset.
• Have a broad scope of knowledge that includes all dry commodity products.
• Structure relevant proposal i. e., Sauda/Forward Trade/WRF/SCF.
• Client follow-up for closure & Client Visit • Automation of processes leading.
Requirements:
• Must have good knowledge and connect with millers/ food processing industries buyers
• Should have good knowledge of B2B Sales and should be able to handle the team
