We are looking for Construction Sales Manager, who leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your sales people. Responsibilities:
Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
Complete documents on time, such as: Construction bid, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports from the team.
Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities.
Maintain sales quota for each quarter and years as provided.
Achieve or exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory.
Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements.
Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Identify, nurture and procure new construction business within assigned multi-state region
