Position: Sales Manager (Building material)

Company Industry: Construction building material AAC Blocks

Job location: One each for Alibag, Karjat and Raigadh, Maharashtra

No of position: 03 (1 person for each locations)

Salary Package: 6 LPA to 12 LPA

Experience: at least 5-10 yrs. into building material

Gender: Male

Required Skills:

Must have experience into Building material industry at least 3-10 yrs.

Good communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales of products involve dealing with Builders/Contractors, architecture or to develop a network.

Channels for selling of AAC Blocks.

Getting product specified by the Government Department Architect/Interior Designer & Corporate Clients Professionally managing lead generation through to prospecting

Arranging appointments, giving presentation & Spec Presentation /Demos to the Architect/Client Achieve personal sales targets by developing new Business with existing and potential clients.

Develops productive relationships with key distributor, contractor, and Company personnel Create and Implement sales strategies Schedule and attend client meetings.

Ensuring that number of meetings meets target as set by management.

Business development, revenue generation.

Generating new leads, converting into pipelines, finalizing, billing and delivering the products.

Adding new clients and maintaining relation with existing clients

Monitoring competitor strategies, selling prices and market share
