Salary-: Negotiable (UPTO 50K)
Responsibilities-:
Driving full sales in Ocean Import & Export FCL/LCL freight as well Air Import, custom clearance and transportation.
Overall responsibility of Sales activities. Business development of all the Products- Air freight, Ocean Freight.
Supervising & monitoring Sales & performance level for ensuring achievement of Sales Budget.
Negotiating the freight rates with the overseas counterparts for the better profitability.
Maintaining good understanding with Airlines / shipping lines for pricing
Handle key clients in freight, clearance and transportation.
Call to customer by phone and visit to prospect.
Prepare weekly sales report and send to GM and CEO.
Prepare and send quotation to customer regarding freight, clearance and transportation.
Retention of old customers, developing new customers and maintain existing.
Resolving the issues with the customer related to billing etc. to avoid delay in the payments.
Requirements and skills -:
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Aptitude in delivering attractive sales call.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Should have minimum 4-6 years’ experience with Freight Forwarding Industry.
Ability to sense opportunities for selling various project businesses on special containers.
Team Leader and Result Oriented.
Fluent in English and local language
Presentable, Good Communication Skills, Good Analytical Skills.
