Roles and Responsibilities
Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on a daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on a daily basis.
Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.
Building Client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escort them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed to them properly.
Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
Leads Hygiene Providing proper feedback on leads assigned.
Follow-up for Payments/dues.
