â–ª planned Sales Revenue Targets - Monthly/quarterly/annual. Meets Assigned Targets for Profitable Sales Volume, Market Share, and other Key Financial Performance Objectives.
â–ª pl for the Entire Sales Organization. Prepare Budget and Sales Forecasting Plan for the Organization.
â–ª align the Sales Organization Objectives with Firm Business Strategy Through Active Participation in Corporate Strategic Planning, Sales Strategy Development, and Forecasting, Sales Resource Planning, and Budgeting.
â–ª prospecting for Potential New Clients in Enterprise Accounts Mainly in Uk & Us
â–ª prepare, Write and Execute Sales and Business Development Strategy.
â–ª leads Learning and Development Initiatives Impacting the Sales Organization and Provides Stewardship of Sales and Sales Management Talent.
â–ª represent the Organization in Industry Conferences, Network and Build Solid Business Relationships with Potential Clients
qualifications/key Skills/competencies required:
â–ª a Proven Track Record of High Achievement in Sales Roles, Sales/software Development Environment.
â–ª solid Pl Understanding, Business Acumen. Able to Bring a Business and Economic Perspective to Everyday Activities.
â–ª strong Experience with Corporate Sales and Dealing with Corporates that Require It Solutions and Products (saas Products, Cloud Services, Technology Solutions).
â–ª ability to Attain Targets: Reach Goals Within Deadlines and Budget. Should Know What to Do When Performance Deviates from Plan and Execute Corrective Measures.
â–ª solid Commercial Negotiation, Closing and Analytical Skills, Contracts Execution/operations
