Job Description

pEVA is looking for passionate sales professionals with a demonstrated history in sales,

team management & P&L delivery. If you are a self-starter, get a kick by chasing

aggressive targets, and fuel growth by coaching & grooming your team in selling high-

ended training programs globally - this is the job for you!

The responsibilities of a sales lead/manager are to induce the following in addition to

being a great sales executive who leads the team by example. You are a sales executive

first and then a leader/manager.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales of a product or portfolio

Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target

Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline

Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions

Handle escalations and improve customer experience

Keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales

pipeline

Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market

demands, and competition with the marketing team

Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions

Make propositions, give suggestions, and designate sales targets and job

obligations to each team member

Plan and implement admission events and webinars

Qualifications and skills:

Strong presentation, communication, and proficiency in the English language

4+ years of relevant B2C sales experience along with proven capabilities in team

management in global sales & communication

Have handled product lines end to end (preferably from BPO/Ed-tech industry)
