2. To Select the Sales Staff, give training and Guide team to perform, Maintain Team performance.

3. To ensure timely collection of Outstanding

4. To sent out distribution and dealers offers

5. To Coordinate with boiling , Production, Covering & Dispatch Team for timely Dispatch of order

6. To approve the product complaint and ensure of notification as early as possible

7. To give Market (competitors) feed back to Management time to time

8. To do shop level Publicity to create brand awareness
