We’re looking for a Head of Sales to join ShortDot. This is a full-time, remote job opportunity. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving ShortDot’s sales and business development activities on a global scale that consists of influential international domain registrars and resellers.
Requirements :
5+ years work experience in Sales/Business Development/Channel Partnership/Account Management
At least 2 years of work experience in the domains industry
Experience working with international companies and campaigns
Background in business development or account management
Proven track record leveraging internal and/or external resources to expand the ShortDot brand
Success in business leadership, ideally in tech or internet organizations
Individual entrepreneurial orientation
Comfort with a highly collaborative environment
Ability to represent ShortDot and its extensions as we expand is fundamental to the position.
Proven track record of initiating and progressing discussions to expand the influence and impact of a company, brand or cause.
Strong process orientation. Someone who can set up and track the process for expansion in each new city.
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working with a small, distributed team of self-starters and domain enthusiasts.
Establish and monitor KPIs based on industry standards and measurements
Analyze and implement new programs, tools, and resources to better deliver exceptional customer service
