• Responsible for reporting, planning, and forecasting of sales
• Meeting sales targets
• Oversee collection of payment, manage debtors and customer claims
• Responsible for developing and owning the strategy for the sales.
• Within this role the individual will have to establish and maintain strong Retailer/distributer relationship and partnerships,
• Manage profitability, optimize pricing, proper budgeting, forecasting and identify means to improve the experience.
• We are seeking a business leader with a broad skill set which demonstrates good analytical skills, excellent business judgment, strong relationship/vendor management and negotiations skills, deep curiosity to uncover how things work.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's market base & ensure its strong presence
• Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities and conduct competitive analysis
• Responsible for knowledge management, development of self and others
• Responsible for appointing and handling Supervisors and BA (Beauty Advisors)
• Promoting current and new products, category schemes and any special deals
• Beauty Industry Experience will be an added advantage
