1) Identify New Clients Across Various Industry Segments and Carry Out Business Development Activities with Respect to Consultatively Sell Various Training Programs and Courses Offered By the Company, Which Will Involve Sales & Marketing Activities Like:
a. Lead Generation and Fixing Up Appointments for the Field Sales Team with Prospective Corporate Clients,
b. Assisting the Field Sales Team in Preparation of Pitch Books, Client Presentations and Approach Notes.
c. Appropriate Closures and Follow Through.
d. Annual and Monthly Revenue Target Achievement.
2) with the Existing Clients , Following Activities Need to Be Performed:
a. Maintain Ongoing Relationship to Position as Learning Partner of Choice with the Client
b. Seek Client Referrals and Generate Leads.
c. Cross Sell Additional Programs and Look for Opportunities in the Space of Content Development, E-learnings, Virtual Learning Solutions, Learning Journey, Etc
d. Liaise with Company and Internal Stakeholders On Existing and New Projects for Smooth Execution.
e. Team Up with the Collections Department to Ensure Prompt Raising of Invoices and Realization of the Dues from the Client.
3) End-to-end Ownership of Right Positioning of Brand that Cater to the Right Targeted Clients.
4) Effective Social Media Networking and Managing Social Media Presence of the Company.
5) Work with Execution Team to Support Project Management Whenever Required.
