1). To achieve sales growth of the organization through effective lead generation and conversion process for new business segments
2). Provide inputs to the Sales & Marketing Head for formulating sales strategies
3). Plan the lead generation activities to meet the finalized sales plan and targets allocated
4). Meet potential clients to promote products for achieving sales growth. Showcase product capabilities to potential clients through demos, samples etc.
5). Understand client specification, collaborate with Technical Sales Executive for timely release of offer
6). Explore opportunities to cross-sell/ upsell as appropriate and convert to sales
7. Periodically interact with customers (existing and potential), understanding their needs, feedback on the product so as to build relationships with a view of future sales growth and long-term loyalty
8. Review the revenue collection status regularly along with the Manager - Corporate sales for minimizing revenue outstanding
9. Conduct research, connect with suppliers, participate in seminars & exhibitions to identify potential business opportunities. Ensure creation of a robust pipeline of opportunities
