Job Description for Sales Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Startup organization and to help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
? Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
? Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys base and ensure its strong presence
? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
? Building and nurturing relationships with architect contractors dealers vendors etc. to grow market share in the B2B ecommerce sector.
? Responsible for generating and qualifying leads
? Effectively pitch and acquire new dealers for the core company product as well as new product launches.
? Execute the business development plan; achieve and exceed the targeted sales goals.
? Co-ordinate with multiple teams like marketing and product within the organization for achieving the required goals.
? Build strong and successful relationships with clients
? Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
? Candidate having experience of field sales from Construction industry like Paint, Cement, Electrical& Modular Switches, Home Décor Products etc. will be add on advantage.
Requirements:
? Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales
? Education: Bachelors/ Masters Degree
? Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Candidate should be energetic and willing to be field
