Job Role:

Ø Responsible for managing a team/ teams of professional Customer Experience Officers in a challenging and customer driven environment

Ø Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world class service experience for customers

Job Description:

Ø Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in cross selling of financial products and at least one year in managing a team.

Ø Experience of handling various service/sales related campaigns.

Ø Good communication skills
